We’re Scotland’s Moodle Partner, based in Glasgow with a global clientele. We’re also the developers of IOMAD®, the original open-source multi-tenancy solution with Moodle under the hood.

Less than two weeks before Moodle 1.6.4 was released in January 2007, e-Learn Design was incorporated. In November 2007, we became a Certified Moodle Partner, and all these years later, we’re still firmly committed to the OSS ethos, providing open-source e-learning solutions to an ever-expanding clientele of enthusiastic Moodlers.
Originally a nifty bit of software developed in 2010 for the benefit of our clients, The IOMAD Project was officially released to the Moodle Community in 2013, and it’s been a labour of love ever since. That effort was recognised in 2023 when we were awarded Community Contributor of the Year, and you can see where our contributions take us next over at iomad.org
In 2019, the Premium Partner level was created for Partners who wanted to provide Moodle Workplace. But since 2010, when development first started, our hearts have belonged to open-source IOMAD. We still provide a Premium suite of expert Moodle services, but for IOMAD reasons, prefer to do so as a Certified Partner.
